Physical Grading

All trips have been graded according to the inclines of the Kumaon Himalayas.

Moderate to high physical activity involving a generous amount of walking through trails, forests, meadows and village paths. Involves about 6-7 hours of walking everyday and some amount of physical fitness to bear the physical activities involved.

Low amount of physical activity involves approximately 3-5 hours of walking everyday through village paths and forest trails. Requires basic physical fitness.

Very low amount of physical fitness, involves negligible amount of walking, about 1-3 hours per day.
